Executive Vice President

Harriet Whiting, Executive Vice President has been with ID360 for over two decades. Harriet has considerable experience in medical administration, global consulting and has a passion for developing people to reach their highest potential. She first joined the team as a business consultant and soon transitioned to a permanent member.

Many of our clients retain Harriet’s services for their top-level executives because of her considerable leadership and management mentoring and coaching acumen. This has paved the way for lasting client relationships which include: American Airlines, Albertsons, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Texas Utilities, Capgemini, Oncor, Federal Reserve Bank, Cerner Corporation, World Bank and Texas Instruments, Secures Technologies. Through Harriet’s direction, these clients continue to experience measurable success in their positions.


From 1996 through 2000 Harriet joined Cerner Corporation. Her role demanded that she wore several business hats:

  • Development of people managing projects; specializing in business “tools” to allow managers to accomplish specific competency levels, effective communication, and success with working with teams

  • Developed leadership through mentoring and coaching

  • Interacted as a liaison between client and engineers; aligning business initiatives with processes and development

  • Mentoring and coaching executives

  • Global leadership experience working globally: America, Australia, Singapore and Canada

  • Project management

From 1980 through 1996 Harriet was the Director of Radiology overseeing the startup of the Radiology Department at Southwestern Medical Center (Aston Center) and then spent 13 years at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. There she:

  • Managed and developed personnel, capital equipment acquisition, budgets and patient relations, as well as instituting several process improvement projects

  • Took a major role in the development of Children’s “Trauma Unit”, and new building development

  • During Harriet’s tenure she chaired several national meetings where she organized events for 2000 attendees, speakers and training workshops and trade show vendors

Harriet is the 2020-2023 President of the N. TX Region of a global advocacy organization, American Jewish Committee. Harriet is also a member of the Muslin Jewish Advisory Council, and the Jewish Latino Alliance. Harriet’s wealth of experience has made her a specialist in the areas of communication, personal business development, change management and process reorganization. She is a certified facilitator with the Institute of Cultural Affairs, USA.
