KIM ZOLLER

Kim Zoller, CEO and founder, began ID360 over thirty years ago after working in the staffing industry. Kim recognized that individuals with strong competencies but lacking superior interpersonal skills must develop that area if they truly want to succeed.

Kim’s strength is her ability to be a true strategic partner by assessing needs, delivering sustainable solutions and implementing measurable results. She is also a dynamic facilitator and coach, Kim’s passion and goal is to make a positive and measurable impact in her clients’ lives.

Kim’s passion is centered on personal growth and overall wellness. She strongly believes in both a healthy mind and a healthy body. She has a variety of certifications in mindfulness, coaching, facilitation, leadership and fitness1 Column.

She’s also the co-author of “You Did What?” The Biggest Blunders Professionals Make, “You Said What?”, and
Enhancing Your Executive Edge: How to Develop the Skills to Lead and Succeed. Kim's 4th book, Conscious Culture will be released fall 2021.

Throughout the years, Kim & ID360 have caught the attention of national media including CNN, CNBC, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Forbes, American Way, and The Dallas Morning News, among others. ID360’s client roster includes notable clients such as Texas Instruments, Capgemini, World Bank Group, , Vans, Mattel, GameStop, Fujitsu, Microsoft, American Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, and Rosewood Hotels among others.

Kim is also a contributor to Undergraduate, MBA & Law School programs at a variety of universities, which include UTD, Columbia, UT, SMU, and TCU.

Since 1992 Kim and her team have trained over 200,000 individuals.

Kim is the mother of Sammy and Benji, and a beautiful daughter-in-love, Leah. All are currently living and studying in Israel. Kim teaches a spinning class two days a week and loves it!
