Take your values to WOW!
Brainstorm your brand with specific behaviors, qualities and characteristics. You may even have multiple groups doing the same exercise simultaneously.
As a group, look to see what the themes are from the brainstorm. Bring these themes into the process.
Capture those themes as your WOW’s and write 3-4 supporting sentences that specifically describe how the WOW looks, feels, sounds – the behaviors that support the WOW’s.
